How often should I get my car detailed?

Standard Recommendation: Every 2-4 weeks for most vehicles. Can extend to 8 weeks if garage-kept or rarely used.

Interior Cleaning: Included in our maintenance package after qualified inspection - typically less frequent than exterior washes.

How far in advance should I book?

We currently operate on Sundays and Wednesdays only. Most appointments require at least 1 week's notice, though we may occasionally have last-minute availability.

For special requests or multiple vehicles, we recommend booking 2 weeks in advance where possible.

What areas do you cover?

We serve Norfolk and surrounding areas, coming directly to you.

Coverage includes:
• Norwich & surrounding villages
• Great Yarmouth & coast
• The Broads region
• Within 20 miles of NR7

Should I empty my car before service?

Please remove valuables and personal items. We'll handle small debris, but large items (car seats, tools, etc.) should be cleared to allow proper cleaning.

What if it rains on my booking day?

We work in light rain (interior services unaffected). For heavy rain, we'll contact you to reschedule.

What's your cancellation policy?

48+ hours notice: No charge. Less than 48 hours: 50% fee. No-shows: Full payment required. We understand emergencies - just call us to discuss.

Do you offer refunds?

Our refund policy is clear:

  • No refunds after service completion
  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours
  • We will attempt to resolve any problems first

Are your products safe for children/pets?

Yes! We use non-toxic, pH-neutral products. Vehicles are safe for occupants immediately after service. For extra caution, we recommend 30 minutes ventilation for sensitive individuals.

Will cleaning remove my scratches?

Cleaning removes dirt that may make scratches appear worse, but actual scratch removal requires paint correction (coming soon!). We can advise on scratch visibility during service.

Do you clean heavily soiled or smelly cars?

Absolutely! We specialize in odor elimination and deep cleaning. Severe cases may require extended time - mention this when booking for accurate pricing.

Can you detail my classic/vintage car?

Yes, with special care for delicate surfaces. We recommend our Premium packages for classic cars and can discuss specific needs when you book.

How is my data protected?
